The Woodland Acres at Robbins Farm
Effective Date: May 1st, 2025
At The Woodland Acres at Robbins Farm, we understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding deposits, cancellations, and eligibility for refunds related to venue bookings and services.
1. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date.

The deposit amount will be specified in your rental agreement and applied toward your total balance.

No portion of the deposit will be refunded under any circumstance, including cancellations, unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. Cancellation by Client

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or letter.

If cancellation occurs:

More than 120 days before the event date: All payments made beyond the initial deposit will be refunded.

Between 60 and 120 days before the event date: 50% of the total amount paid (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.

Less than 60 days before the event date: No refunds will be issued.

3. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule their event one time, based on availability, within 12 months of the original event date.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 60 days prior to the original event date.

A rescheduling fee may apply and will be communicated at the time of the request.
4. Cancellation by The Woodland Acres at Robbins Farm

In the rare case that The Woodland Acres at Robbins Farm must cancel your event due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, property damage, government mandates), we will offer:

A full refund of all payments made, including the deposit, or
-
The option to reschedule at no additional cost (subject to availability).

We are not responsible for third-party vendor refunds or travel expenses.
5. Weather and Acts of God

We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions due to weather events, natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure occurrences. Refund eligibility in such cases will follow the terms outlined above unless otherwise specified in your rental agreement.
