The Woodland Acres at Robbins Farm

Welcome to The Woodland Acres at Robbins Farm. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our venue, services, and website. By engaging with us or booking our venue, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking and Payment

  • A signed rental agreement and deposit are required to secure your event date.

  • Final payment is due 30 before the scheduled event.

  • Accepted payment methods include [credit/debit card, check, electronic transfer, etc.].

  • All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your rental agreement.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the terms outlined in the rental agreement.

  • The Woodland Acres at Robbins Farm reserves the right to retain all or part of the deposit based on the timing of cancellation and incurred expenses.

3. Use of Venue

  • The renter is responsible for the behavior and safety of all guests and vendors during the event.

  • Decorations must be approved in advance and fully removed after the event.

  • The use of open flames, fireworks, illegal substances, and unauthorized equipment is strictly prohibited.

  • Events must conclude by 11:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Liability and Damage

  • The renter is liable for any damage caused to the venue, its furnishings, or equipment.

  • The Woodland Acres at Robbins Farm is not responsible for personal injury or loss of personal items during the event.

5. Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, government orders, pandemics, or other emergencies).

6. Website Use

  • By using our website, you agree not to misuse it or engage in any activity that may disrupt our service.

  • All content (text, images, logo, etc.) is the property of The Woodland Acres at Robbins Farm and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

7. Modifications

  • These Terms may be updated at any time. Any changes will be posted or communicated, and your continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
